Two unused versions of Vera Keyes exist in the flesh; one is a placeholder used to run some scripts for the recording in the SM executive suites and the ending slides. White Arrow Heart Dude

The piece of graffiti he's [most likely] named after. Unused in vanilla New Vegas.

The "white arrow heart" probably refers to a specific piece of graffiti. His editor ID says he was designed to appear as a corpse. 400ecf2

Starlet Skeleton

Uses the world model and Pip-Boy icon of the Brotherhood scribe robe. Unusable. Also (un)available is the identical "Starlet Skeleton Dress", which always uses the female icon. Starlet Skeleton: 4013531 Dress: 4013533

Starlet Wig

An unplayable hairpiece worn all of Vera Keyes' incarnations. The red flower is illuminated when seen in-game. 4006ed7

The Faderator

A test weapon, like the debug pistol. It's a Gauss Rifle which fires at 42x the rate of the regular rifle, uses only one MFC per shot (vs. 4), and has an unlimited ammo pool with regenerating ammo. This is probably named after Jason Fader, a technical producer at Obsidian. 4000800

One of the cooks noticed their knife was glowing the other day. They'd left it on the stove top, and the metal started glowing red - and it didn't cool down! What kind of "Space Age" metal is this Cosmic Knife made of? It kept glowing hot for several hours, and then the knife was so weak that when we tried to use it, it simply snapped. Guess that's why the metal's not used in rockets!

Christine Kills Elijah

Christine		Christine's mission to kill the one who controlled their collars, even at the cost of her own life, trapped the Courier inside the casino vault.
Christine		The elevator door never opened, and no objectives appeared on the Pip-Boy's screen to guide the Courier to freedom.
Christine		The Sierra Madre became the Courier's grave.
Christine		Not long after the Courier's death, however, a new hologram appeared in the Sierra Madre lobby—standing, waiting to greet new guests to the casino.
Christine		In some respects, the hologram of the Courier paid respect to the one person ever to breach the Sierra Madre vault.
Christine		A means of allowing even the dead to begin again.

Elijah Traps Courier

Elijah		A slip of the tongue led to the Courier's death. Unable to detonate his victim's collar from a distance, Elijah chose another method.
Elijah		The murder took days to plan and less than a minute to execute.
Elijah		Reprogramming the casino's ventilation system, Elijah turned the vault into a gas chamber, filling it with the Cloud and killing the Courier.
Elijah		In the years that followed, the legend of the Sierra Madre faded, and there were no new visitors to the city.
Elijah		Years later, when a mysterious blood-red cloud began to roll across the Mojave, then west toward the Republic, no one knew where it had come from.
Elijah		Only that it brought death in its wake. Attempts to find the source of the toxic cloud failed.
Elijah		Eventually, the last vestiges of NCR faded from the Mojave and the West, wiping the slate clean.
