The Faderator
Form ID: xx000800
A debug weapon that is included in every DLC, likely named after developer Jason Fader. It is a variant of the Gauss Rifle that fires a spread of three projectiles rapidly without reloading and has an ammo capacity of 255. It regenerates ammo quickly enough to make it impossible to run out.
Poisoned Shishkebab
Form ID: xx00f91d
A shishkebab with added poison damage that cannot be found in the game at all. It is visually identical to the normal Shishkebab. The weapon is marked to not be used by the player, indicating that it was very likely meant to be another poisoned weapon used by White Legs.
Poisoned Throwing Spear
Form ID: xx00f91e
This weapon is used by Dead Horse Stalkers and unavailable to the player. Besides its added poison damage it's identical to the normal throwing spears.
War Club
Form ID: xx00e6e3
An unplayable variant of the Dead Horses' war club. It uses the icon for the tire iron.
Whiteleghair
Form ID: xx00e88c
The dreadlock "hairstyle" used by the White Legs isn't actually a hairstyle at all, but rather a separate piece of headwear unavailable to the player. It actually uses the icons for the fedora and completely lacks a ground model, resulting in an error texture (red exclamation mark) popping up when dropped.
White Legs Weapons
There are multiple weapons used by White Legs variants which are marked as unplayable, meaning they cannot be obtained by the player. All of these weapons are poisoned versions of otherwise standard weapons. Besides their added poison damge, they're identical to their normal counterparts.

Companion Items
Many of the add-on's companions carry items that are unavailable to the player, even when killing them.
A Light Shining in Darkness
Form ID: xx0108c7
An unplayable version of Joshua Graham's unique .45 auto pistol. Joshua himself uses this version and it differs from the one the player receives at the end of the add-on. This version has much better stats and uses the icon of a 9mm pistol.
Chalk's Headdress
Form ID: xx0116f4
An unplayable version of Chalk's Headdress. Chalk wears this version, the one that the player finds at the end of the add-on is a completely different version.
Follows-Chalk's .45 Auto Pistol
Form ID: xx00e8ef
Follows-Chalk's unique .45 auto pistol, which is unavailable to the player. It is similar visually to a normal .45 auto pistol, but has different iron sights. It also uses companion ammo rather than normal .45 bullets.
Follows-Chalk's War Club
Form ID: xx00e8ee
Follows-Chalk's unique war club, which is unavailable to the player. It has been upgraded with the "war club casings" modification, but is the same as the normal war club in every other aspect. It uses the icon of a tire iron rather than that of a war club.
Joshua Graham's Armor (NPC)
Form ID: xx00a7eb
A different version of Graham's outfit which the player cannot normally obtain. Joshua actually wears this version and it features his arm bandages as part of the outfit. Even when killing Joshua, the player receives a different version that lacks the arm bandages.
Joshua Graham's Headwrap (NPC)
Form ID: xx00a82d
Joshua's headwrap, which is marked as unplayable. It actually uses the icons for the metal helmet and completely lacks a ground model, resulting in an error texture (red exclamation mark) popping up when dropped.
Joshua's Pistol Whippin' .45
Form ID: xx010e1f
Joshua's unique .45 auto pistol, held in a position so that it can be used to "pistol whip" enemies, as the name implies. Joshua will use this weapon if asked to use melee combat rather than ranged when he is a companion. It is unavailable to the player because it isn't marked as playable. This weapon uses the icon of the rolling pin.
Waking Cloud's Outfit
Form ID: xx009ff1
The unique outfit worn by Waking Cloud. It looks similar to the Sorrows adorned outfit, but with a high collar made out of feathers.
Waking Cloud's Yao Guai Gauntlet
Form ID: xx00e8f0
Used by Waking Cloud. The weapon is identical to other Yao Guai gauntlets, except it has a higher rate of attack.
Unused Dialogue
This section houses Honest Hearts' unused dialogue. The text is copied directly from the game when possible, so any spelling errors or missing words in the "Text" file are completely intentional and should not be altered. {Notes in curly brackets are reading directions for voice actors or developer tags which are included in dialogue text but invisible to the player.}
Once the Happy Trails Caravan Company had arrived in Zion, some additional scenes were meant to play out. Some of these would've been dependant on how you would've handled Ricky.
Ricky High Convo
This conversation would've played out if Ricky was supplied with more drugs.

Ricky | {high on Psycho}Oh man, yeah! Trigger finger is feeling {emphasis}itch-ay! {yelling out to the canyon}Come on, assholes! Show yourselves and Deadeye Ricky'll blow your fucking heads off!
Stella | {Ricky is yelling}Shut your mouth, you goddamn junkie! Or I'll plant one between your shoulder blades, I swear!
Ricky | Don't worry, {mocking}Stella! This was my last hit, but thanks to ol' Johnny-come-lately over there, Ricky got some Fixer to take the edge off. | Gave him Fixer, for male players.

Ricky | Don't worry, {mocking}Stella! Ol' Ricky won't be running out of Psycho any time soon! Ol' Ricky's downright flush! Yes indeed! | Gave him Psycho, for both genders.

Ricky Withdrawal Convo
This conversation would've instead played out if you had not supplied Ricky with more drugs for the trip. He would be going through Psycho withdrawal upon arrival.

Stella | {Ricky is going through withdrawal}Didn't nobody do this to you but yourself, junkie. Now try suffering in silence for once. |
Generic Caravan Guards
The two generic Happy Trails Caravan Guards were meant to have unique lines as well. In the final game, they die in the ambush without ever talking. These lines were meant to play after Jed's "Shhhhh! Hold on, now... Could swear I heard something up ahead." line at the very start of the ambush. Neither line's voice file remains in the files.
