Harlem Globetrotters is a basketball game, as you'd expect.
Unused Graphics
There are graphics for an unused title screen with a "Magicians of Basketball" title in the ROM. The name was used in the Globetrotters' promotional materials in the past, and was the subject of a 1961 lawsuit. It can be partially re-enabled with Game Genie codes POKOTAPA ZOSPIAZA GOVPLALA AOVOAEYA ZOSOGEPO, though it seems there's no proper palette for this title anymore.
There are also unused "Licensed by Nintendo" graphics in the ROM.
