DevMessageIcon.png This game has a hidden developer message.

Helious is a strange puzzle and physics game where you control a gas-powered sphere to collect gems and get codes to witness one of the creepiest endings to any video game. Did we mention that the developer claimed that it was actually made by aliens? Regardless if the story is true or not, it is a bizarre game that is unlike anything else out there.

Formerly a shareware title with the sequel that can be bought, both games have eventually been released as freeware.

Developer Message

Hidden inside helious.exe at 0xEA80 is a message from Sean Puckett, the sole creator of the game. Given the copyright and how the message itself sounds perfectly normal, this disproves the claim that Helious was made by aliens, but instead was a make-believe story that the author included in the game to stir up excitement.
