Regarding the new rule on publishers here, here's the argument made.

        vaguerant	Where is the ambiguity in just using "publisher"?
	vaguerant	If a game is unreleased and we explain that clearly in a template, I don't think anybody will get confused.
	vaguerant	Besides, just because a game goes unreleased doesn't really mean they're not the publisher any more.
	vaguerant	In many cases the publisher probably still owns the property, etc.
	vaguerant	They still fulfill the role of publisher in every way except for one.
