This board and card game collection came with deluxe CD-ROM and stripped-down floppy disk versions in the same box, the latter for the benefit of laptop users.
Icon
Unlike the CD, the diskette version has separate launchers for its games. Most of their Finder icons are repurposed from the CD version's selectable card back designs, which are among the frills omitted from the floppy installation.
One of the card backs was adapted into an icon but not used on any of the launchers:

There's orphaned DITL information for a Preferences box similar to the also-unused one in Shivers, but with the word "Minimum:" in the corner.
