Developer joke maps

dev_ending

A joke map created by M3SA. The map starts with the player being in a small corridor with no weapons. After proceeding through the ominous white door, they'll end up in a "outdoor" like area where everything's dev textured including a button that if the player presses, they'll suddenly obtain a minigun and a tank with Adam in it will start to shoot at you. After defeating it, the tank will explode and a text appears on screen that reads: "A WINNER IS YOU!!!!"

Storyline maps

Comatose/a3c4p2 and a3c4p3

The comatose maps from demo were originally gonna return in retail after the streetfight section in presumably Ravenholm. They're mostly the same with some of the demo features removed like the green orbs that can play cutscenes or the slowmo mechanic. Some new additions were added however like Mitch's voicelines some of the sections and a rebel encounter at the start of the map. Reason for cutting the map is that Berkan didn't want anything from the demo appearing in the final game (although demo leftover can still be found in the retail game files) and the fact that the map was using textures from TopHatWaffle which really made it the final nail in the coffin for those maps.

The house map

In retail game, after the player escapes the prison they make their way through the forrest and end up in a combine outpost where they have to fight off the combine for 15 minutes before help arrives and the ending cutscene plays. Instead of all of that, the player was to end up in a wooded like area where a path would lead the player to a house a house instead. It plays out just like in retail where the player havs to defend themself for 15 minutes just like in retail. Reason why the map was cut was due to the map just being an edited CS:GO map and Berkan didn't want to have it in the game.
