Unused waist and torso models for the HECUs that were supposed to appear in a scrapped story line after Mitchell gets inside the Sector Z where he would see his team "brutally killed".

An early HECU model can be found in the files that's more accurate to the HL1 HECU than the HDTF one which is just bought asset compiled together. Strangely, there're 2 versions of the model, one called "oakley.mdl" and one called "marine.mdl". Reason for is that one of the models was apparently compiled by Oakley (hence the name) and the other one was compiled by somebody else. Both models are mixamo rigged and not compatible with the HL2 citizen anims. According to the rigger of the "marine.mdl" model, all mixamo rigged models were made for cutscenes which were later replaced with actual valve biped rigs.

A male doctor model intended for the hospital level.

Female variant of the model above.
Both of these models were also supposed to be used in the hospital wake up cutscene as shown in this WIP cutscene.
Odd Joe model
Found in "models/hdtf/characters" there's an odd model of Joe with Boris's textured applied. It's a very weird rendition of Joe that's left with more mysteries than clues. When trying to use it with the citizen anims, the model's all fucked, but when rigged to Joe's retail skeleton it works fine and the body also lines up perfectly. The unused model also has the parts of the gloves and boots intact unlike in retail where they got removed. The model appears to use a different hair mesh with a different UV that can be seen textured in one Joe's early render.
Worker variant
Shared originally by Lenoax, there was apparently gonna be also a worker variant that was presumably going to be used in the factory instead of the fireman that're used in retail.

Security Guard
A Security Guard meant to show up during the Black Mesa prologue. The texture for the vest includes a Black Mesa id that was modelled, but was cut for unknown reasons.
