Irisu Syndrome! (いりす症候群!, Irisu Shoukougun!) is a freeware Japanese puzzle game with a story that is slowly revealed as the player continues through it. A fan translation was released in 2011.
Unused Text
As the game is played and unlocks different photos after each game over, additional text files appear in the game directory which elaborate on the game's story. One such text file was not implemented into the game and is thus unable to be unlocked: "うさぎのうーたろう.txt" (which can be translated as "Uutarou the Rabbit.txt") which sheds a little light onto the context of the block game.

Unused Graphics
In Metsu mode, the player again unlocks different photos. One photo remains unfinished and was not implemented into the game - irisukai_04.jpg, with a name suggesting that it was intended to be the fourth unlockable photo.
"没ラフ必要あれば仕上げます" ("If this discarded rough is needed then I'll finish it").
There is an image that is a clearer version of one of the Irisu stills from the game's good ending (tochuu.png), but it's not used.

Concept art of Irisu and Ageha is included inside the game's image directory.
