Legend of the River King and Legend of the River King 2 were essentially ported with near-perfect accuracy to the Game Boy Advance in Japan as part of a Best Collection series. A few changes were made including a remixed title screen for both games.

Hmmm...
To do:
See if the Super Game Boy commands still exist; they don't appear to be but they could be compressed as they're not needed by the emulation utilised.

Legend of the River King

The original debug menu is still accessible! However, this time the sound test was implemented. The "PACK IN SOFT" logos were removed and replaced with a still image of a sky. How deeply moving.

DEBUG MODE

GameShark codes 03000D5000 + 03000D4F07 will start the game in a very basic debug menu offering event testing, area warping, and in-game stats manipulation. There is also a sound test.

This screen is where the original "PACK IN SOFT" and Natsume logos existed in the original games. A still placeholder screen of a skyline remains in their place.

Legend of the River King 2

Likewise all original content was carried over including the debug menus.
