Early Title Screen
The file ADV\test.txa inside the FILES.psarc archive contains a screenshot or mockup of an early title screen. In this image, unlike the final title screen, the game does not yet have a subtitle, the background is a still image from the first episode of the anime's first season, and two additional menu options, namely "おまけ" (extras) and "せってい" (settings) as well as pixel art renditions of the four main characters can be seen.
Debug Menu Graphics
The file DUN\deb_menu.gxt inside the aforementioned archive holds graphics for a presumably rendering-related debug menu.

Background and Event CG Placeholders
Inside ADV\picture\BG998.pic is an unused background image with red text saying "テスト用素材" (test material) in the top right corner.
The file ADV\picture\EVCG34.pic contains an event CG placeholder, consisting of a white background with the text "内容未定" (content undecided) in the center. Another, smaller copy of this image can be found among the event thumbnails in ETC\tumb.txl.
The image at ADV\picture\ITEM04.pic is an item placeholder graphic with the text "ITEM04" written on it.
Dungeon Name Placeholder
The file STAGE\mapname0.gxt is an unused dungeon nameplate which says "MAPP-PREVIEW" [sic].
