Info Section
The game's Info section, which listed small biographies of characters as well as information on locations and terminology in the game, was removed completely for unknown reasons. The illustration cards from the info section are still present in the international versions' files. The removal of the Info section in the international versions also resulted in the Load Game option being moved to the Info section's place on the world map menu.

Special Attacks
In the Japanese version, special attacks must be charged before they can be used. To speed up combat in the international versions, they can now be used at the cost of a small percentage of the player's health. This change also prevents the player from using special attacks while their health is at critical in the international version.

The B.S. Reconstruction Soldiers are members of the European Union refashioned into neo-Nazis, and as such are dressed in SS attire complete with swastikas. Much like their leader Margaret, their swastikas were changed to the kanji 無 (nothing). Further alterations were made to the shape of the helmets worn by the male soldiers, as well as removing the Iron Cross necklace worn by the female B.S. Soldiers along with the metal screw embedded in their palms.
