Each title screen reflects the name of each version. In the international releases, additional text was added showing the publisher.

Additionally, in the international versions the text PUSH BUTTON was changed to PRESS ANY BUTTON, with the text being all in capitals in the American version unlike in the European version.

In the part with the B44 Pronghorn flying inside the Hamburger Shop map, the entire screen could be seen in the Japanese version. In the international versions, the footage was zoomed-in to remove the HUD, likely because it has Japanese text.

Multiplayer Type B Missions

The European and American versions added an extra multiplayer mission for each stage, known as Type B. These were pretty much like the Type A missions, albeit with different ring positioning.

The TV remote is located above the air conditioner in the Japanese version. In the international releases, it was moved to be inside the drawers next to the TV, likely to make it easier to find.

Other

Leftover Japanese files in European/American versions

The European and American versions of the game have left many files from the original Japanese release. This includes, for example, model files for elements that have different design between these versions (such as the ring models). In the European/American versions, these files have been renamed to add an underscore before their filenames, signifying that they're scrapped.

In fact, all Japanese graphics and layouts have been left in the European version, in the same directories from the Japanese version (/PCopter/Menu and PCopter/Layout respectively). This means that, if the European version of the game is played with the console's language set to Japanese (not normally possible without hacks), the game texts and graphics will all be in Japanese.
