Neko Atsume: Kitty Collector is a mobile app that is not quite what you expect: you place toys in a garden, which then causes different cats to appear and interact with them. Once done, the cats leave Silver or Gold Fish (the game's currencies), and sometimes Mementos.

Unused Flyer Graphics

Unused early variants of the "cat has a flyer (ad) for you" graphics.

Below are a couple of the used graphics, which all have the cats in the same pose.

Unlocalized Memento

There is a Memento (item given by a cat) that is not obtainable in overseas versions of the game.

This memento belongs to a Japanese-exclusive cat named Kitty Hawks (or in Japanese, ほーくすさん), provided only by the Japanese mobile carrier SoftBank during a 2015 promotional collaboration. Unless you have an old SoftBank account and manage to get a pass (as the cat can only be obtained via their App Pass service), there is currently no way to obtain either Kitty Hawks or its memento. It's very possible that the cat was considered for a localized addition at one point, since it has an English name in the game's data that's different from its Japanese one.
