Nintendo DSi Camera is one of the apps that was built-in to the Nintendo DSi system.
Debug Font
DebugFont.ncgr, found in the folder debug is Debug font for a Debug menu of some sort. This is also in the files of the system menu of the Nintendo DSi.
Pictochat leftovers
TBF1_I.NFTR, TBF1_m.NFTR, and TBF1_s.NFTR inside the folder font are all leftovers from Pictochat
