This is a sub-page of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
Rising Star Stage
The theater has a floor which can be seen only during the Hooktail fight. A clock is on the left wall near the stage; part of it is visible during Hooktail's brief death animation.
Slightly above the curtains are fluorescent light fixtures, complete with light beams, that cannot be seen by normal means.
On the left side of the stage is a boombox with the same texture used on the speakers seen near the audience.
Across from the boombox is a set of boxes against the wall the stage background is placed against.
The right side of the stage features a broom, ladder, and what appears to be a bucket with liquid in it. If a Shy Guy hops onto the stage, you may be able to briefly glimpse some of these objects.
B-List Star Stage
The walls around the theater are in all stage ranks and are not seen in normal play. The wall texture used is the same for all levels of stages, and the texture is stretched for the side walls. As mentioned prior, the floor can be seen in the Hooktail fight, but the player must be at Level 10 to obtain the B-List Star Stage, which is very unlikely this early in the game.
These ceiling lights are slightly above the curtains and cannot be seen. There are colored textures for each light that can be seen facing away from the audience.
Aside from the addition of a door, the right side of the B-List Star Stage features the same objects as the Rising Star Stage. The bucket is toppled over this time.
The left side of the stage features a boombox with a low-res texture, a desk, and a door identical to the one on the right side. A third of the desk is behind the curtain.
A-List Star Stage
Like the B-List Star Stage's floor, the A-List Star Stage's floor is unlikely to be ever be seen in a normal playthrough since it requires reaching Level 20 before the Hooktail battle.
Like the B-List Star Stage, the A-List Star Stage has colored ceiling lights except they now face towards the audience. Unlike the B-List Star Stage, there are even more offscreen ceiling lights next to the colored ones. Unlike the colored lights, these ones actually emit light.
The right side of the stage features two light projectors that cannot be seen by normal means. These are also on the left side of the stage, facing the opposite direction (towards the center of the audience).
The left side of the stage has a chair, control panel, and table. On the table is a transparent container that gets more transparent the further the camera is zoomed out, along with a hairbrush and a mirror.
There is a window on the left side of the stage near the chair. Interestingly, the wall appears to use the same texture as the audience floor.
Superstar Stage
Like all the other stages, the Superstar Stage has its own unique floor. This time, seeing it requires reaching Level 30 before the Hooktail battle.
On the left side of the stage is a set of stairs leading to two different doors; the bottom-most one is also present on the right side of the stage. The table and its contents are identical to those seen in the A-List Star Stage.
Behind the stage and slightly to the right is this control panel. It's completely behind the back wall, so there's no way to see it in-game normally. Its purpose is unknown.
Much like every other stage, the Superstar Stage has a set of ceiling lights just barely above the curtains. However, these ones act as an occasional hazard and fall down to damage a character onstage.

Intro
While only the right side of the book is shown, the left side does exist.
The sparkle of the Crystal Stars is under the menu any time Journal is selected. After selecting Crystal Stars and then going back to Journal, the Crystal Stars will be under the menu as well.
Rogueport
One triangle of this floor is textured on both sides
The roof of this building has another roof texture under it
Rogueport Sewers
A column of blue light can be found under the pedestal by the Thousand-Year Door.
Before Merlee's house has been entered, she will be inside it next to one of her floating cards. The back of the card has Dummy written in Japanese.
Petalburg
The backs of the pictures of Princess Peach have stretched lines and more pictures of Peach on them.
Kroop's house has a third window hidden behind the chimney.
Hooktail Castle
One side of this railing extends way farther than would realistically be seen.
There's an extra chain just out of bounds.
Flurrie's House
One of the Lamps in this room has the texture used for its sides applied under it. The other has nothing under it.
Great Tree
There is an opening above the door with a hole the same size as a Puni. Since Punio enters this room through a hole above the other side of the door, this may have been meant to be where he came out. This hole is still present and fully visible in the remake.
The bottom of this tree has a texture improperly placed on it.
There's an unused path behind this wall.
Glitzville
This smaller model of Glitzville is labeled Uron Town, which is a partial romanization of its Japanese name.
The tables in the juice bar are strangely textured on the bottom.
Creepy Steeple
The hills on the back of Creepy Steeple are untextured.
There's an untextured plane behind this wall.
Pirate's Grotto
In the room with the sunken ship that contains the boat curse, outside of the map on the right is a wall with a cracked opening.
Riverside Station
In the outside staircase area of Riverside Station, there's a sewer grate under the ground on the right side of the stairs.
X-Naut Fortress
The inside of the lamp in Peach's Room is covered in a texture resembling eyeballs.
