The file error.NSCR appears to be an early logo of Sterling George and The Light Wielders. This was not a game, but rather a tech demo, which can be viewed in this Youtube video. The logo shown above appears as a transparent logo in the title screen of this tech demo. Not much else is known about Sterling George and The Light Wielders[2].
