Chameleon Twist had a lot of changes in it's development, featuring never before seen levels, enemies, and tons of altered stuff that has not been seen in the final version. Before it was called Chameleon Twist, the game was originally supposed to be called Chameleon Kid, not to be confused with "Kid Chameleon" created by Sega.
