Trailers show how the game looked quite different compared to the final.

• 0:16 to 0:20 Citizens previously were far more ape-like.
• 0:36 Tanks caught on a large fire, they do not in the final.
• 0:43 to 0:52 the flamethrower had a huge flame, and various cyber skin changes.

• From 0:15 the in-game GUI was transparent as seen at the bottom left, and different skins.
• 0:17 and 0:25 sad face placeholder icon and various other places.
• 0:27 looks like there was a campaign that included the UFO that was scrapped.
• 0:41 the apple icon is very different to the final version.
• 0:45 the Capitol building is a mere shell with only pillars compared to the final.

The pre-release screenshots below all show:

• Much more darker models than the final.
• Completely different UI.
• 6 different resources were planned. Stone, Gold, Wood and Food resource is shown, but two other unknown resources. One resembles a barrel, another an animal, one of these would have become Iron, and the other scrapped.

A statue on the right does not even resemble anything in the final release.

It's likely Information Age became Nano or Digital age in the final. There appears to be a much earlier model of the Teleporter and Cybers.
