Scrapped Options

Hammer

As seen in some old concept art, a hammer option was going to be present in the Badass ending, along with the Opacitator and Crowbar.

Hanglider

A hanglider was also going to be an option in the Sneaky ending.

Jetshoes

As written in some concept art, jetshoes were considered to be used in the Sneaky ending, but were replaced by the jetpack. The jetshoes would later make an appearance in Infiltrating the Airship.

Scrapped Fail

As seen in the top right corner of the concept art above, there would've been a fail in which Henry grows muscular and attacks the guards, but what happens afterwards is unknown. A similar concept would later reappear with the sandwich fail in Fleeing the Complex.

Attempts

As seen in this concept art, fails were originally referred to as 'attempts.'
