This enemy has been planned as far back as Scenario 1, but was never added into the game. It seems it was intended to be used in Scenario 3, but for whatever reason was replaced by Giant Ant before release.

ブローバー

　大きな体でプレイヤーの前に立ちはだかるアンデッド系のモンスター、ブローバー。その右手に握ったアックスは強大な破壊力を発揮し、また左手のシェルが解き放たれるとプレイヤーはその身に避けようのない大きなダメージを浴びることでしょう。

A trailer for the game appeared on the final release of Flash Sega Saturn. The most notable thing about this demo is at 2:42 Gracia casts Shining spell, which is using a different animation than the final's.
