Shown in the January-February 1990 issue. Notably, the game is referred to as "Death Ball" and stars a generic blob character. Even more notably, the release date is listed as February 1990, suggesting that the Peanuts license was acquired late in development and the game was delayed as a result.
The only remnant of this iteration in the final game is an unused title screen logo.
It was planned to be localized under the name Heart Attack in the U.S.
