Aside from Don's HUD portrait being the same as in the previous preview, Leonardo's HUD picture has his mouth open and also showing teeth.

From Famitsu #155. An infinity symbol is used for the number of lives, something which isn't possible in the final game, though the symbol is still present in the ROM:
The low scores indicate that the screenshots were taken after using the stage select. It's likely that an option to set infinite lives was present in this build.
