Wormhole Potion
An early version of the wormhole potions which have a much more rounder and shinier texture.

Additionally, the Vortex Beater in this screenshot is called the "Blackhole Beater," possibly Vortex's initial codename was "Blackhole" at some point.
Original Moon Lord Concept
The original plan for the Moon Lord was going to be an event which the moon itself would descend into the world, a reference to the moon from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.[3][4][5]
