A number of changes were made to Theme Park during its development, including the scrapping of multiplayer mode and 3D isometric view.

Changes

A number of changes were made, as shown by magazine previews:

At one point, the player was supposed to be in the rôle of a nephew who had inherited a large sum of money from his aunt, to be used on "building the world's biggest and most profitable theme park".[1]

Multiplayer mode was dropped shortly before release due to time constraints,[2] and thugs could have been deployed to other parks.[3]
