The Naughty Dog screen is missing the dog logo. The dog barking sounds still play though.

Gameplay

  • The HUD automatically pulls up when Crash takes damage in most levels (aside from Jungle Rollers, Road to Nowhere, Generator Room, The High Road, and Fumbling in the Dark).
    • The same applies to the Wumpa counter when Crash respawns.
  • The level count says there are 30 levels in total instead of 32.
  • You can still throw an enemy away even if they are vanishing it already from a chain combo.
  • There is no ambient echo applied in the sound effects for Temple Ruins, Generator Room and Jaws of Darkness.
  • The password encoding is different.

Level Differences

Heavy Machinery

The second descent has a large death barrier under the scenery that kills Crash if he jumps too early from the platform.

Toxic Waste

The light fixture textures are small and more abundant, and in some halls they are placed in the edges.

Castle Machinery

Hot pipes on the left side of the scenery are missing.
