A prototype of Super Game's port of Earthworm Jim 2 was released by one of the game's programmers. The prototype has no copy protection and can be played on most emulators.
General Differences

- The game starts on Inflated Head, skipping Anything But Tangerines.
- Inflated Head uses an incorrect palette in some emulators.
- The Puppy Love stages are unfinished, buggy, and have a glitched background.
