CBT1 has many unused entities (including animals and monsters), in addition to existing entities that were altered in later versions.
Animals
A flamingo and rabbit exist in the game's assets, but aren't ever used. They were removed in CBT2, so it is unknown if they will ever make an official appearance.

Dendro Abyss Mage
An unused Dendro Abyss Mage that only has its icon and model in the game's files. It has yet to be added to the current version, despite the Dendro element's release.
