noteː Given that this map has crashes for B-Z, its entirely possible that the flags had to be programmed in, or all of those flags had cut content, such as enemy encounters when sealing that world's heart. This means that there may have been more to the mechanic for sealing worlds at one time more similar to the final encounter with Ansem SOD. But that is speculation.
