Q Boy is a rather well-made platformer from Sachen, whose titular character bears a noticeable resemblance to Dizzy.

Mario Mode

A rather strange Easter egg; pressing Select while the game is paused will make it Mario-themed! Aside from making Q Boy look like Mario, several enemies are changed to Goombas and Koopa Troopas.

Level Select/Sound Test

At the title screen, press Select.

Setting the Round to "Game" (found near the end of the options) will take the player to the Special Stage mini-game; then to Stage 1-1.

Full Title Screen Music

Usually, you're not able to listen to the entirety of the song in the title screen, it's not even selectable on the sound test. This makes the rest of the song go unused.
