Qix (Game Boy)
Qix |
---|
Developer: Minakuchi Engineering This game has unused code. |
A port of Taito's Qix, the game where you build squares and avoid a giant spinny vector thing. Getting a high score rewards the player with the stereotypical Marios of the world.
Unused Graphics
A mummy-wrapped Mario and an Egyptian tileset, indicating that an Egyptian ending screen was planned.
A Native American Mario and tileset, indicating a Native American ending screen was also planned.
A hula dancer. There's no Polynesian Mario or tileset, so this is all that remains.
Unused Cheat
Game Genie code 010-07F-E6A re-enables a simple cheat at the title screen: Hold A and press Start to be invincible.
