Quarantine is a 1994 racing/first-person shooter game for MS-DOS. Player drives a taxicab through a post-apocalyptic city, picking up customers and killing enemies.

Naked Characters

The appearance of the passengers you meet in the game is randomly generated. To generate a new character, the game randomly selects a human body (from skinny to fat), add pants, shirt, accessories, etc...
Extracting the sprites used by the game reveal the bodies are stored naked, the last two of them having no underpants at all (something that can never be seen during normal gameplay).
