Miles Sound System
A default message from Miles Sound System, formerly Audio Interface Library developed by RAD Games Tool left inside the audio files of Ragnarok Online.
Character Audio
Various Job Classes had "death" noises upon well, dying. Rather than recycling the audio for both genders, it appears that each profession had a unique sound that would set them apart from each other. It seems like the concept was dropped fairly early on. Some of these sound effects were revived through some form of modification while others were laid to rest.

- Evil Nymph(ID#1416) inherited both the damage and death effect with aforementioned modification.

Monster Effects
It is common for many enemies in Ragnarok Online to have audio for each animation(Idle, Chase, Attacking, Damaged and Death) However, inside data/wav/ there happens to be Monster effects for enemies who are silent or doesn't have audio in some of their animations. Some merged, others may have been removed in favor of another sound file or did not quite fit the overall sound design and were left alone.

Unused sound for a Bigfoot "Sleeping", the actual audio is Maria Kates snoozing from Arcturusː The Curse and Loss of Divinity. There's Bigfoot frames snoring with a bubble coming out of its nose that also goes unused; these two would likely be paired together.

se_wolf2
This is listed as an environmental effect, which opens up the possibility of se_wolf02 being a part of the scrapped night cycle, it could also be a placeholder sound of Vagabond Wolf before it was replaced with a more clearer Wolf howl. You can faintly hear the composers recording some sort of unfinished music in the background. A similar SFX without said music is used in the final version in Gonryu Dungeon's final floor.

Skill Effects
Some skill effects had sounds. Possibly it was removed as some noises could be considered a distraction over time, granted that skills such as Ruwatch could be spammed between short intervals.
