Cactus 2.0!
This article has just been started and needs the article basics added.
Help us out and add them.

Shadow President is a game where you have several things you can do at the start (as the newly-elected president of the United States), allowing the player to simulate U.S. geopolitics in a rather 90s fashion.

Unused Text

This error message, found along with the rest of the standard error messages in ERRMSGS.TXT, appears to be an error message that as said, is not converted to the "new serialization".

0099 THIS ERROR MESSAGE NOT CONVERTED TO NEW SERIALIZATION!

Also, in EOGDAT.FIL, are some additional ending messages - it appears that only the first two are used.

Your ruthless behavior has finally caught up with you.
Angry masses of U.S. citizens demanded that Congress remove you from power.
Your agents were unable to catch the assassin, but suspect an enraged U.S. citizen was responsible.
Responding to insurgent masses in the United States, Congress has removed you from power.
Social outcry in the United States has peaked. As a result, Congress has removed you from power.
Due to increased social outcry, the United States is now engulfed in a civil war. Unfortunately, you were their first target.

HANDSSET.PCX and THREATEN.PCX have some really bland notes at the bottom.

Anti-Piracy

Should the game detect any alteration to itself, this message appears.

Naughty, naughty! It is illegal and unethical to tamper with our copyright!

Unused Sting

There is a musical sting that is apparently meant to be used when issuing a statement of condemnation, but isn't.
