Unused Graphics
NOTE: All of these take in consideration the folder tex (iOS) / assets\tex (Android).
Player
playerArrow.png, playerArrow.2.png and playerPicture.png are different versions of the graphics used for the cube, which the player controls. The final game uses the last sprite of the "revive" sheet instead. Despite this, the differences are all fairly minimal.

playerDead.png and playerDead.2.png are earlier variations of the graphic used for dying cubes, which feature a static cross rather than a fading X. Note that the latter file is blanked out in the iOS release.

And lastly, early "revive" graphics can also be found, labeled as revive_sheet.png, revive_sheet.2.png and revive_sheet.3.png. (the former two seem to have the same data.)

Bulbs
bulb_masscenter.2.png is a slightly different version of the glowing bulb graphic, which has a gray foot rather than a black one.

Additionally, bulb_overlay.png and bulb_overlay.2.png contain glow graphics that don't seem to be used.
Sawblade
As evidenced by sawblade.2.png, the sawblades that appear throughout the game would have originally had slight a slight blurriness, perhaps to give a bigger impression of movement.

5 - Expectation
text5.png and textsheet_5.png are early versions of the text graphics used in the fifth chapter, Expectation. The main difference is in that the "AND" which makes the text "AND ACT ACCORDINGLY.", which is displayed in the final level before Trust, the sixth "world", does not properly exist in the background text image. The placement of the "RULES" word in "YOU EXPECT THIS GAME TO FOLLOW RULES," was also changed.

8 - The Trick
text8.png is an early version of the background text graphic used in the eighth chapter, The Trick. The main difference seems to be the lack of the up arrow that would indicate the location of the game's orange levels.

Pause Menu
chapter1_button.png is an early design for the Chapter 1 warp button, which has proper text instead of just a rewind button with a 1 on it.

Impossible Room
The message in the Impossible Room was originally going to be lengthier, as evidenced by dev_note_s.png. This early version also has a double resolution variation within the Android version's data, labeled as dev_note.png, which is uploaded here. The iOS release only has the smaller variant; the larger one is blanked out.

noise.png and noise2.png are earlier, darker variations of the noise overlay graphic seen throughout the game.

sideshadows.png and sideshadows.2.png are early versions of the shadow border graphics, which have a more uniform appearance compared to what the final game uses, and are also twice as small.

checkertest.png is a simple checkerboard graphic likely used as a placeholder.
Unused Sounds
Bulbs
lighton.ogg is an unused, longer variation of the sound that plays when a lightbulb turns on.

Chapter Voicelines
chapters_2.ogg and chapters_de.ogg, located in assets\audio, are early versions of the files used for the chapter voicelines in English and German languages, respectively. However, the only difference is in the name of the bonus world, which, according to these earlier files, was named "Epilogue", whereas the final game uses "Prologue".
