Test Area

By moving into a wall while facing away from it, Stuart will enter it and zip upwards allowing him to reach places that you can't normally reach. This can be used to access a test section via the first level. Once you're in it, the game displays the text "Test Area". There is a one-way door leading to the level's beginning and a complete set of tubes of paint in it (the level's objective is to stomp on all the tubes) which means you can complete the level by visiting the test section only.
