In the blocked off clinic where you grab the painting, the brick walls at both ends were replaced with normal walls which are both in slightly different positions to before.
Unused Hallway

When the gravity supposedly changes, the player is actually walking through a portal to a different part of the level. Behind this portal there was originally an upright version of the next area which you never technically see (since you're only ever looking into the portal in front of it). Because it was unneeded, this area behind the portal was removed.
Hidden TV

A hidden TV was added at the far end of the floor just after the gravity changes. It flashes images of Museum of Simulation Technology, the 2014 demo that Superliminal evolved from.
Wall Collision
Collision was added to a wall in the falling section before the breaking floor (this wall is in the middle of the image) in version 1.10.2020.7.6.877.
Duplicating Cube

In the doorway which is high up the wall in the room with the breaking floor, a unique cube was added which duplicates itself in a line up to the player when clicked.
Elevator Checkpoint Position

The position that you arrive in after resetting to checkpoint in the elevator was changed to be further into the elevator, meaning that you instantly hit the trigger to close the elevator doors.
Exit Sign Puzzle

The exit sign puzzle had multiple changes to make solving it easier:
- The hallways were made longer to give the player more time to turn.
- An extra light was added to account for this.
- The "WEST" and "EAST" signs were combined into a single sign labelled "HALL".
- The exit sign changed colour, and then changed back in version 1.10.2020.11.20.951.
- The blocked door was replaced with a wall with red lights and signs.
- Sound indicators were added in version 1.10.2020.11.4.1036.
Secret Room

After the portal exiting the exit sign puzzle disappears (after resetting to checkpoint or having the cube in the pool room teleport), a secret room now appears.

Floating Knight

The knight behind the door that you open was accidentally moved upwards and now floats above the ground. The textures on the walls and floor around it were also very slightly shifted.
Ceiling Collision
Collision was added to the ceiling of the area that you fall through after putting the knight on the button in version 1.10.2021.11.5.550.43.
White Room Lighting
