Broken Save File Handling

I've been unable to verify this for years due to emulation problems and tracking down a copy of the game, but apparently 3D Lemmings has a rather nasty memory bug that often shuffles the filenames of your memory card around. I've only been able to find a single report of this bug online, thanks to Codekitty who documented it.
