According to Videogame Music Preservation Foundation Wiki, there exists a hidden sound track in Dr. Mario: http://www.vgmpf.com/Wiki/index.php?title=File:13_-_Dr._Mario_-_NES_-_Unknown.ogg Could someone confirm that this is actually in the game? thanks --TheDoc (Talk) 17:31, 9 September 2013 (EDT)

It does actually exist in the game, so no bother to check if you were going to. I'll add it to the article sooner or later. --TheDoc (Talk) 17:54, 9 September 2013 (EDT)
Wow, I never knew about that song or how it's used, and I've had this game a while. Interesting find! -Wxbryant (talk) 20:00, 9 September 2013 (EDT)

I swear I've heard this in another Mario game but can't put my finger on it. Closest resembling I can find is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0j8Hi_lGA5E --Oaa (talk) 19:12, 9 September 2013 (EDT)

It's basically a simplified version of the music that plays during the "flying object" scenes you see after every fifth round on Medium or High. -Wxbryant (talk) 20:00, 9 September 2013 (EDT)

So, it turns out that the mystery song actually does have an in-game use. Basically, if you clear round 20 on Low, you'll get a fairly plain "congratulations" screen with that track playing. Medium and High have little scenes after every fifth round but Low normally doesn't, with the apparent exception of round 20, so it's easy to overlook. -Wxbryant (talk) 18:03, 10 September 2013 (EDT)

Oh, so it's not unused. I'll remove it from the page then. --TheDoc (Talk) 18:24, 10 September 2013 (EDT)
