"From Nowhere Productions"

It looks like the "From Nowhere Productions" might have been added by the people who altered the prototype and sold bootlegs of it before the eventual release: http://web.archive.org/web/20141107032132/http://www.nintendoage.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=31&threadid=20344
I don't think the real prototype dump has ever been released, here's some info on the changes made: http://web.archive.org/web/20130116001151/http://forums.lostlevels.org/viewtopic.php?t=1809 --ICEknight (talk) 04:45, 30 April 2019 (EDT)

Honestly, I'm probably just going to delete this page, since we currently have no way of verifying what's original and what was added before release. I find the practice of releasing "finished" or "fixed" versions of prototypes without releasing the original unmodified dump absolutely disgusting. --BMF54123 (talk) 06:51, 30 April 2019 (EDT)
In that case, somebody better start tracking all releases made by them and investigate which have changes and which don't: http://web.archive.org/web/20130116001151/http://forums.lostlevels.org/viewtopic.php?t=1809
-Have you thought about releasing the unchanged copy?
-Although I've considered it, it's unlikely. I have taken screen caps of the original unedited ROM (all of which are found on this site). As far as getting an accurate picture of what the game was in it's original state before I got a hold of it, those should do well.
This is something I plan on doing with all of my releases. I will take pictures of the ROM before any changes are made which can be archived by those who wish to preserve what they were.
Same case as with Socks the Cat, it seems.--ICEknight (talk) 07:01, 30 April 2019 (EDT)
Thankfully, work is being done behind the scenes to correct this. Have patience, I guess... --BMF54123 (talk) 07:23, 30 April 2019 (EDT)
