So did the game literally just came out and people are poking in the files to find logs? It's the 26th over here! Chimes (talk) 17:55, 26 June 2024 (UTC)

I understand why you are confused. Not only has the game already been released in Japan as of writing this message, but the game has also leaked on different sources on the internet. As a preservationist, I chose to download the file. I have already pre-ordered the physical copy, though, so I wouldn't consider myself a pirate of the game. I and a team of people are trying to understand the game's files, as while they are similar to the 3DS version, opening the files is considerably harder due to errors being given. As a Luigi's Mansion 2 HD documenter, I can only document openable files currently. Our tools aren't good enough for modding or looking into the game just yet.
