A quick note about this entry

I based this entry on the Japanese release of the game. There were also European and US releases, at least according to SMS Power, but they're not dumped. Since I wasn't able to verify that the message exists in either one of those, I decided to make this for the Japanese version. If dumps of the US / EU versions surface, and the message exists in either, I'll come back and change the entry. // Foxhack 13:38, 9 July 2012 (EDT)

There is only one version of the game and it is dual language, with English/Japanese being selectable on the Options screen. Region of the host Game Gear influences the default language (Japanese for JAP; English for PAL/USA). -- Matt (talk) 09:15, 1 August 2017 (EDT)

MTJ

According to the credits in the Japanese manual, MTJ is just the initials for concept/game designer Fukio Mitsuji. Dunno if he should be counted as a separate developer, but he is included in the copyright on the title screen, and apparently worked on the game as a freelancer. --Rabidabid (talk) 20:32, 20 July 2016 (EDT)

MTJ is also listed in the alternative credits (see main page) as Game, Visual and Map (aka round/stage/level) Designer. He's listed as doing this game as a freelancer because he was self-employed at the time, whereas previously he was working for publishers such as Taito. -- Matt (talk) 09:15, 1 August 2017 (EDT)
