IMO devmessage means there is a message intended for the player or one of those hidden "rants" that is meant for hackers to discover, but the message that reads "This is a dummy image used for replacement" is devtext, so I am changing it. Shut Down

A reminder, this app is shutting down on May 9th! A majority of the app's data (clothing/wallpapers/floors/etc.) is stored outside the app file itself, downloaded from Nintendo's servers... so once it's done, all that will probably disappear too. Something should probably be done about that. Using a packet capturer, this data seems to be stored in .zip files on download-cdn.miitomo.com.

The final new Daily Decorations were added on April 25th, and the final new Miitomo Shop items were added on the 26th.

Conveniently (for this page), I happened to find a file that lists the unused assets in the app. I dumped those particular files into the Wayback Machine: [Android | iOS] --Rabidabid (talk) 22:32, 29 April 2018 (EDT)
