Codes

There are three other codes that the game also accepts, but they don't seem to work, unless I'm missing something.

"99 Lives": Up, Up, Down, Left, Right, Square, Up, Left, Right, Circle
"10 Muppet Tokens": Left, Up, Down, Right, Square, R2, Circle, Square, L2, Circle
"1000 Pickups": Square, R2, Circle, Left, Up, Down, Right, Square, L2, Circle
