Prologue

Maybe it was cut because Black Bomberman is black.

Prototype

I finished going through the differences between the final US version and the prototype (see https://github.com/LIJI32/superbomberman/commit/fb76b3bf17d319ae7256d728f0383a2d8090740f). It is virtually indistinguishable from the final version, the only differences are two missing minor bug fixes related to joypad input, missing MULTI5 BIOS, and a few minor assembly changes that do nothing (simply use different addressing modes, etc).
