Tecmo Knight is a side-scrolling beat-'em-up where players ride giant beasts and punch other monsters' heads off. A challenging game with tons of gore, it is also one of Tecmo's few non-sports games where they decided to shove "Tecmo" into the title (see also Tecmo Secret of the Stars and Tecmo's Deception) because "Hey, it worked for Tecmo Bowl."
