The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind/Tribunal/Unused Actors

While there aren't as many in Tribunal as there are in the base game, rest assured that Tribunal has some unused NPCs.

Dirver Relas

A level 20 Dunmer (Dark Elf) male that's of the class trader service. He only carries common clothing.

Dro'farahn

A level 10 male Khajiit Commoner. He only carries common clothing.

Edre Retene

A level 20 female Breton Bookseller. She only carries common clothing. Mournhold already has a bookseller. It's possible that she was either meant to be one of the merchants that would sell things from a stall in the great bazaar or was the bookseller stationed at the current bookseller shop before being replaced with Sanaso Sarothran.

Hulgarth

A level 37 Nord Barbarian. He has no clothing or other items whatsoever.

Myn Farr

A level 15 male Breton knight. He is a vampire affiliated with the Berne vampire clan and has the rank of Lord. A vampire being added by the Tribunal expansion is very strange considering there are no quests related to, let alone no generic vampires found anywhere in Mournhold. If this vampire were in the game, more than likely he would have been found somewhere deep in the remains of Old Mournhold beneath the city, Possibly in an abandoned manor. Him being in the city proper would be impossible due to the large tribunal temple presence since according to lore, the Tribunal Temple has a strict policy against letting vampires exist.
