The Fast and the Furious is an arcade game based on the movie of the same name. The game was later ported to the Wii under the name Cruis'n due to licensing issues.

Hmmm...
To do:
  • Explore game executable and car/map files.
  • Check for any more unused sound files.
  • What revision changes are there in the Arcade1UP release?

Unused Speech

There are a number of unused speech clips for a 3rd character. These are not referenced anywhere in the final game.

Hidden User Profiles

Hmmm...
To do:
How much cash do these profiles have? Do they have upgraded cars?

The game has a pin system that allows you to create a profile and earn money to unlock new cars. The game stores these in a file called money_players.pdt. When this file is initialized the game adds a bunch of dummy accounts, some of which reference employees who worked on the game.
