Escaping the Prison
Prison Entrance
The scene where Henry faces off against the circle of cops in the prison entrance in Escaping the Prison has some sketches likely used as a reference for sketching out the layout and positioning of the scene.
Rooftop
Shape ID: 19861 in Henry.swf
One of the rooftop shapes in Escaping the Prison has a sketch offscreen on the right.
Stealing the Diamond
Museum Sketches
These sketches were almost certainly used as reference in drawing the layout of the museum in Stealing the Diamond.
Infiltrating the Airship
Airship Door
Shape ID: 3486 in Henry.swf
The engine room in Infiltrating the Airship has a very rough sketch of a door just offscreen to the left.

Brig

Relentless Bounty Hunter Sketch

This sketch is found near the graphics for the Relentless Bounty Hunter ending in Infiltrating the Airship.
Rapidly Promoted Executive Sketch

This sketch is found near the graphics for the Rapidly Promoted Executive ending in Infiltrating the Airship. Strangely, this wasn't in the original Flash version of this game.
Fleeing the Complex
Most, if not all, of these graphics can be found also unused in the original Adobe Flash version.
Presumed Dead Transition
The X is called offscreen during the cutscene in the Presumed Dead when Henry initially gets outside. The rest are technically coded to appear on the final frame of the SWF cutscene but aren't seen as the game immediately transitions to the grid-esque option screen.
Acrobatics
Every frame for Henry Stickmin's acrobatic animation in Fleeing the Complex (ID: 7648 in HenryFtC.swf) has an animatic equivalent in the data. All of these frames are stored from 7414 to 7526 in HenryFtC.swf, and the last four of these are duplicated at 12675 to 12687 for the following animation where Henry is sliding on the ground. 19522 in the data is a duplicate as well.
Truck Chase
Animatics for the truck chase scene (ID: 11304) in Fleeing the Complex are found from IDs 11154 to 11277 in HenryFtC.swf.
The Knee
Animatics for the knee fail in Fleeing the Complex. The second of these is actually duplicated twice in HenryFtC.swf.
Truck

Completing the Mission
Pardon

A placeholder sketch of the pardon given to Henry at the end of the Relentless Bounty Hunter route in Infiltrating the Airship. This particular graphic is associated with the ending's flashback sequence (ID: 7767 in HenryCtM.swf) when the player starts Completing the Mission.
Cockpit
Shape ID: 5598 in HenryCtM.swf
Loose sketches of the rocket's cockpit in Completing the Mission. Called during the Special BROvert Ops route.
Diversion
Shape ID: 22438 in HenryCtM2.swf
One of the animatic frames for Henry and Ellie during the Diversion scene in the Triple Threat route in Completing the Mission. This is called offscreen during the first "dancing" animation and move up and down just like Henry and Ellie during this animation. Similar animatics are shapes with IDs 22421, 2242, 22430, 22444, 22455, 22464, and 22472 in the HenryCtM2.swf file.
This animatic is even offscreen in a shot panning over the Toppats.
Tank Gun

A loose outline of the mounted gun in the Capital Gains route of Completing the Mission.
Big Boy

Sketches for the Big Boy tank from the Toppat 4 Lyfe route in Completing the Mission.
Sniper Tower
For the sniper tower scene in the Toppat King route, there are offscreen developer notes. The notes are stored as a separate sprite.
Free Man Ending
Shape ID: 36438 in HenryCtM2.swf
The ending image of the Free Man route contains a rough sketch of Henry's lying on the beach, which was likely used as a reference when drawing the image from the perspective of behind Henry's head.
