The Lost Ride is another entry in the "FMV rail shooter made with CGI graphics" genre which dominated the CD-based consoles of the 1990s.

It also happens to be one of the very first games (if not the first) that used the 3D software Blender for its graphics, so that's pretty neat.

Build Date

Located at 0x1FC2 in the file cdi_LostRide is some info text containing the game's build date and a hidden credit for Lost Boys Interactive:

Unused "Mock" File

Among the disc's contents is the unused file cdi_mock0. Within it are 16 CD-i executable headers for the files cdi_mock0 through cdi_mock15; none of them exist on the disc apart from the first one, obviously.
